Disposal of Appliances and WEEE
Caravell supports initiatives to provide safe disposal of cabinets with reduced impact on the Environment. As such Caravell are a founder member of the British Commercial Refrigeration Forum (BCRF). The BCRF is working to maximise the benefits of the new WEEE regulations which began in August 2005 and will be in full force from 1st July 2007.
The new Regulations need a great deal of clarification at the time this catalogue has gone to press. However Caravell will continue to provide the best service for disposal of old cabinets.

From the 1st July 2007, you have the choice when purchasing any product from Caravell (UK) Ltd (with exception of fixed installations) as to your obligations under the WEEE Directive.
