Contravention of the contents of these Terms & Conditions may result in access being withdrawn and further action may need to be taken.
These requirements may be modified in response to changing demands, both operational and legislative.
General
- Users shall not make or post indecent remarks, proposals or materials.
- Although every endeavor has been made by Caravell to ensure the information is correct Caravell cannot guarantee its accuracy.
- Caravell has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that any attachment in this website has been swept for viruses. However, we cannot accept liability for any damage sustained as a result of software viruses and would advise that you carry out your own virus checks before opening any attachment.
Confidentiality
- Users shall not upload, download or otherwise transmit commercial software or any copyrighted materials belonging to parties outside of RSWT or to RSWT itself without appropriate permission.
- Reveal or publicise confidential or proprietary information which includes, but is not limited to: financial information, marketing strategies and plans, databases and the information contained therein, computer software source codes, computer/network access codes and business relationships.
Security
- Users shall not download any software or electronic files without following previously approved virus protection measures.
- Users shall not intentionally interfere with the normal operation of the system, including (but not limited to) the propagation of computer viruses and sustained high volume traffic that substantially hinders others in their use of the system.
- Users shall not examine, change or use another person's files, output or user name for which they do not have explicit authorisation. Use another person's identification to access any part of Caravell & Scanfrost members website. Pass on details of their individual Caravell & Scanfrost members website account details, including username and password, to any other person.
Points4Prizes
- Caravell reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at anytime without prior notification.
- Caravell reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this initiative at anytime without prior notification.
- Caravell reserve the right to exclude companies from the incentive.
- Caravell accepts no responsibility for Tax liability on the value of the prize being awarded.
- The Points4Prizes incentive is reward customer loyalty and has no cash equivalent or redemption value
- The Points4Prizes initiative points may be saved until the end of September 2006 after which time they must be spent or they will be lost.
- The Points4Prizes ‘prize’ shown in the catalogue and website is based upon stock being available, if the prize chosen is not available then an equivalent product will be supplied to an equal or better specification.
